Description
Summary:
Responsible for the coordination of operational tasks within the Site Management division of the Operations department.
Job Functions:
- Assist with the coordination of scheduled maintenance and repairs projects
- Create, issue and track purchase orders related to Operations projects
- Review and process invoices and check requests related to Operations projects
- Assist with monthly budget review
- Assist with the integration and maintenance of newly acquired tower sites
- Assist with the issuance of NTPs to our tenants and vendors
- Perform various data mining and database revision activities relying heavily on Excel formulas and pivot tables as needed
- Complete research through local municipalities/jurisdictions and vendors, as needed
- Provide support to the Engineering and Regulatory teams with daily workload, as needed
- Other special projects as assigned by supervisor

Working Conditions and Physical Demands:
Position will work directly from the corporate office with minimal travel.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in accounts payable and administrative support
- Ability to manage a high volume of invoices efficiently and accurately
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with colleagues, vendors and management
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel including data comparison, formulas, and pivot tables
- Demonstrated mastery in multi-tasking and working independently and as part of a team
- Effective in an entrepreneurial culture, working independently and as part of a team
