Payroll Specialist

The Role:

Essential Functions ::

1. Reaching out to tax agencies
2. Finding federal and state tax withholding forms online (across many states)
3. Updating federal and state tax withholding accounts with updated contact information
4. Must be extremely detail-oriented when updating information

Qualifications ::

• 1 year of Payroll support
• Must have experience reaching out to tax agencies
• Must have experience updating federal and state tax withholding accounts
• Strong Excel skills - entering & updating information, organizing data, and formulas
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible, adaptable, and team-oriented
• Extremely detail-oriented & strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
