What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitorial Job Coach position at VIP, Inc.?
We are seeking an outstanding Job Coach to join the VIP team! The ideal candidate is someone who will provide on-the-job training/support and work alongside our clients at Pechanga Resort in Temecula. What You'll Do
- Work alongside a group of clients (3-4 individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities) at Pechanga's facility.
- Coach, assist, and support these individuals in learning and excelling in their job functions.
- Ensure productivity timelines and quotas are being met daily/weekly by all members of the group.
- Assess clients vocational strengths and training opportunities.
- Provide documentation of assessments and performance.
- Communicate progress with case managers and supervisors to ensure client success.
- Maintain a professional relationship among group members and the job site employer.
Who You Are
- Someone who is available to work Thursday thru Sunday from 6:30 p.m. to 3 a.m.
- Someone who can adjust to schedule, job task, and job site changes quickly.
- Some who is 21 years of age or older.
- Someone with a high school diploma or GED.
- Someone with a valid Drivers License, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Someone who has previous experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities or is eager to learn how to work with these individuals!
- Someone with various job skills, preferably warehouse production and janitorial knowledge.

Salary Range
- $18.00 - $25.00 per hour.
