As part of our sales team, you’ll be on the front lines of growth—identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads that convert into long-term partnerships. If you have a background in recruiting, staffing, or outsourcing, that’s a big plus. We value people who understand the human side of talent.
What You'll Do:
- Prospect and qualify decision-makers (CEOs, COOs, HR, Ops) in U.S.-based businesses
- Book discovery meetings with high-potential leads
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth hand-offs
- Use tools like LinkedIn, CRM, and email outreach systems effectively
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of experience in lead generation, SDR, or sales-related roles
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong understanding of remote work, virtual staffing, or B2B services
- Bonus if you’ve worked in recruiting or staffing!
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $35,000/year
- Commission & Bonus Potential: $20,000–$35,000/year (uncapped)
