Job Title: Program Manager, Communications and Marketing
FTE: Full-Time
Type: Hybrid, 2 days in office (Exeter, NH), 3 days telework
Reports to: CEO
Member of: Communications & Marketing Team
Responsibilities
Develop and execute communication strategies that align with our school’s goals and objectives
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
Plan and implement marketing campaigns, including web, SEO, email, social media and advertising
Respond to comments and questions for all social media accounts
Create content for blogs, whitepapers, our website, and ebooks
Build and maintain our social media presence
Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
Maintain and improve website, optimize user experience, and ensure compliance with accessibility standards
Professional Skills
Other responsibilities as assigned
Demonstrates strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and impactful content
Skilled in creating digital images using Canva or similar design platforms
Skilled in producing and editing video content
Skilled in the use of digital tools such as Google Workplace, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), Buffer, WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Zoom Communications platform
Degrees Or Certifications Required
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field
