Role Description ( Sr. Director)
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sr. Director of Sales and Demand Generation at VTG, located in Addison, TX, The Sr. Director will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing the offshore marketing team, overseeing the sales team, generating leads, and analyzing market trends and competitors. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
