About the Human Resources Specialist Position :
As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting HR operations, ensuring a smooth employee experience from recruitment to onboarding, benefits administration, and beyond. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has a strong attention to detail, and is passionate about supporting HR functions to help foster an inclusive and engaging workplace. This is a 3-4 – month contract assignment with the possibility of being extended.
Essential functions for the Human Resources Specialist :
- The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing and overseeing employee benefits programs to ensure they are implemented effectively and align with organizational policies
- Assist with full-cycle recruiting, including posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and assist with HR reporting
- Provide administrative support for HR processes, including benefits administration, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Support HR compliance and documentation to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations
