Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized patient care and engage in meaningful patient interactions
- Conduct vital sign assessments and thorough physical evaluations
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient conditions and progress
- Provide care for G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators as required
- Strong patient care and interaction abilities
- Proficiency in vital signs assessment
- Competence in administering medications and treatments
- Attention to detail in documenting ongoing patient conditions
- Experience with G-tubes, trach, and ventilator care is preferred
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Pediatric experience is advantageous but not mandatory
