Key Responsibilities

Analyze user requirements and business challenges to develop effective technical solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess operational procedures and identify areas for process automation.
Document system specifications, including user requirements, workflows, and development steps.
Evaluate system capabilities, specifications, and limitations to determine feasibility.
Serve as the Tableau Online SaaS administrator, ensuring system performance and security.
Maintain and enhance Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decision-making.
Work with cross-functional teams to implement software solutions that align with organizational goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Extensive experience as a Systems Analyst in software/application development projects.
8 years - Experience in Tableau Administration, developing reports or dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI.
Expertise in business process analysis and system documentation.
Proficiency in data visualization, reporting tools, and business intelligence solutions.
Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
