Key Responsibilities :
Manage all levels of staff, including hiring, training, evaluating, and disciplinary actions.
Maintain adherence to Life / Safety Codes (101) and federal and state fire, safety, and health standards, keeping compliance records current.
Oversee referrals, client fee collections, and budget expenditures, ensuring they align with approved budgets.
Guide and monitor the creation of program curricula, conducting unannounced visits to classes or sessions for quality assurance.
Maintain grievance logs, ensure grievances are resolved promptly, and meet program and funding source requirements.
Ensure supervisory assistance is available at all times, making unannounced facility visits at least monthly.
Submit detailed monthly reports on facility activities and monitor correctional programs, including random testing with proper documentation.
