An Administrative Assistant - Merchandising assists buyers with various administrative tasks. Primary job responsibilities of an Administrative Assistant – Merchandising include the following:
-Communicates with buyers, store personnel, distribution center associates, and merchandise vendors.
-Responds to store inquiries and place special orders with vendors.
-Keys orders into the computer and follows-up on progress.
-Keys various information with direction from buying staff.
-Microsoft Outlook experience preferred.
-Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
