Safety Manager - Trucking Company DOT

VV Logistics is midsize trucking company located in Melrose Park IL 60160.

We are looking to hire "safety person for hours of service".

Must have experience, salary is based on experience.

-Hiring process & DQ files
-Managing the drug test appointments (via Med Stop system)
-Logbook audit (Omnitrucks)
-Fleet paperwork management (vehicle periodic inspections, truck folders, permits)
-Maintaining communication with the drivers and distribution of important documents,
notifications.
-Vehicle periodic inspection(Annual Inspection) Truck and trailer.

-Other miscellaneous responsibilities.
Logbooks - Omnitracs/Qualcomm
Cameras - Samsara
System software - Mcleod

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
