Job title: Coordinator Associate

Contract Duration: 12 Months
Job Summary:
- Under close supervision, performs work activities and projects requiring technical knowledge that involve the set-up and support of audio/visual equipment for corporate conferencing center and meeting rooms including routine inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure operational function of existing audio/video equipment in a safe, effective, efficient and economic accomplishment of assigned objectives.
Essential job functions and tasks:
- Perform varied assignments demonstrating technical knowledge and analytical techniques to solution of problems or analysis related to the operation of audio/visual equipment for corporate conferencing and meeting rooms.
- Participate in company and contractor meetings covering outage/project schedule, safety issues and operations and maintenance of audio/visual conferencing equipment.
- Apply problem solving skills to resolve technical problems and initiate solution techniques.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university or college or an Associate's degree with 2 years of experience in design, operations, planning, construction or maintenance of systems and/or equipment.
