Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer & route incoming phone calls and manage inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High comfort level with technology.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Handle clerical duties including filing, scanning, and organizing office materials.
- Maintain the front desk area in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Assist with various office tasks as needed to support the team.
Experience
- Previous experience in an office or customer support role is preferred.
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic clerical tasks is essential.
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to navigate various software applications efficiently.
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
