Salesforce Administrator
The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Customer Service, Marketing and eCommerce departments with the design and implementation of Salesforce Marketing and Service Cloud solutions at WeatherTech. The role is part technical project manager, part administrator and part analyst. Responsibilities include managing inquiries, fixes, and performing modifications to the systems, as well as advocating and designing processes which encourage utilization of Salesforce platform services to promote business interests.
As our Salesforce Administrator, you will
- Perform administrative functions of Salesforce Marketing and Service Clouds including inquiries, reporting, and support requests from users and management
- Maintain and enhance general functionality, workflows and third-party integrations in Salesforce Marketing and Service Clouds
- Work independently with users and stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve Salesforce solutions and training. Conduct system analysis, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Maintain technical and training related documentation materials
- Be the liaison between users, vendors and IT teams
- Guide users and stakeholders with best practices and lessons from experience
- Work alongside development partners in design, code, test, and implement functions of larger Salesforce integration and process improvement projects
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices
- Perform other tasks and projects as directed
Qualified candidates will
- Enjoy championing, learning and using Salesforce solutions in business
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Computer Science or comparable education, or minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT as a consultant, developer, business analyst or systems administrator in Salesforce-focused roles
- Have a minimum 3 years work experience in Salesforce Admin related roles
- Have a valid Salesforce Administrator certificate (ADM201 / ADM211)
- Have job related exposure to common business systems which may feed information to or from Salesforce such as eCommerce, ERP and PIM solutions
Preferred candidates may
- Be excellent problem solvers with strong analytical, logical and conceptual skills
- Exhibit an active learning mentality, being current with Salesforce best practices, releases, and industry trends
- Prove ability to design and implement new processes and facilitation user adoption
- Document a history of successfully managing projects to successful completion
- Work comfortably as a member of cross functional teams and independently
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Show the ability to work well under pressure and with deadlines
- Have work experience from industries related to manufacturing, distribution, retailing with customer segments in Direct to Consumer and B2B.
- Have Salesforce development experience as architect of process, data exchange, rule, workflow, reporting, or related areas of Salesforce solutions.
- Show experience and adherence of IT software development standards and best practices
- Work experience with Einstein, Visualforce, Data Loader and other development or data management tools is a plus.
