We currently have openings for full-time inside sales representative. As an ISR you will be managing business to business customers with complaints and questions, as well as taking orders, and data entry. ISR’s are the front line of support for business customers and must ensure that customers are satisfied with quality, products and level of service. This is a 1st shift position and the candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: Monday -Friday; 8am-4pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls regarding orders, billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport
- Update customers on pricing, log customer information after each call & write order when necessary
- Work with management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
- Impact the company’s bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers
- Set delivery appointments
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
- Willing to take on new tasks
- Must understand our business cycle
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Programs - most importantly Excel
Education:
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
