Hours:
Mon. through Fri. (1-3 days per week) – 9:00 to 5:00 p.m. or 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Weekends - As needed
This position will serve as a back-up to the F/T and weekend Receptionists. Schedule will be created one month in advance. Will work approximately 25 hours per week.
Front Desk Receptionist/Greeter Responsibilities:
- Welcome client’s when they arrive
- Determine the nature of the client’s visit & escort the client to the appropriate department/area
- Provide information to personnel regarding client needs and expectations ensuring the team is prepared to provide the highest level of service
- Take thorough messages and communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner
- Provide administrative support to the staff when necessary
- Maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas
- Special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Communication skills – communicate effectively with others
- Time Management – ability to manage one’s own time
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
- 18 years of age or older
