JOB SUMMARY
The Project Administrator (PA) will act as the primary point of contact for all tasks and administrative components required in the successful management of environmental projects. The person in this job must be detail-oriented, manage multiple projects and deliver results within required deadlines. This person must interface with many internal stakeholders and external vendors in a timely and professional manner.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Collect data to correctly update/document job files into data base
· Follow up and ensure on-going communication with project manager, estimator and clients.
· Create and manage invoices for payment.
· Interact and Provide consistent, excellent customer service in a positive, respectful, and supportive matter to both internal and external stakeholders
· Research and resolve any questions or concerns.
· Follow up on any/all issues affecting the forward progression of projects and required documentation.
· Work effectively with dispatch team to achieve overall office goals.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
· Previous experience in an office setting doing highly detailed work
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Ability to problem solve and research information in order to move a task or project forward to completion.
· Attention to detail to accurately transfer data and information
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written.
· Demonstrated ability to work under pressure with multiple tasks, changing priorities, short deadlines and heavy workload.
· Excellent teamwork with the ability and desire to help self and others get a job done well.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
· Ability to sit at a desk and work at a computer for the majority of the work day.
· Physical activity is light and may require occasional lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling up to 20 pounds.
· Overtime may be required in order to meet deadlines.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
· Work is normally performed in a typical office work environment.
· Noise levels in the work environment can be distracting or loud.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
