This position will be located within the following county: Kanawha.

Job Duties:
Policy Communication & Customer Service– Understands, explains, and conveys policies, rules, and regulations to agencies and clients regarding the State Records Center.
Administrative & Program Support– Assists the program administrator with archived records management and provides administrative support to the program manager.
Records Management & Data Entry– Inputs information into the records inventory database, maintains accurate records, and generates reports on inventory, orders, and account activity.
Service Coordination & Scheduling– Manages intake requests for record services, schedules and coordinates pick-ups and deliveries, and optimizes routes for multiple agency stops.
Operations & Logistics Support– Maintains and orders supplies, updates the shared calendar and drive, and assists with shredding operations or storage organization as needed.
General Duties– Performs other related tasks as assigned.
