Your Role in Our Journey
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, task-driven, and adaptable Social Media Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who already has some experience in social media, content creation, and community management or customer service and is eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced digital environment.
You’ll be responsible for executing social media content, engaging with our community, and monitoring performance analytics to help refine our strategy. You should be independent, proactive, and quick to react to performance trends, ensuring that our content remains relevant and effective.
What You'll Be Uncorking
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in scheduling and publishing social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Engage with our online community. Responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, brand-appropriate manner.
- Monitor social media performance and provide insights on what’s working (and what’s not) to optimize content strategies.
- Support content creation efforts, including sourcing images, writing captions, and contributing to content planning.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and platform updates to inform content shifts and new opportunities.
- Enure all content follows brand guidelines and is free of errors before posting.
- Assist with influencer outreach, partnerships, or UGC management as needed.

Qualifications:
- You have some experience (internships, freelance work, or entry-level positions) in social media management, content creation, or community engagement.
- You’re detail-oriented and learn from mistakes.
- You’re task-driven and can juggle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- You work well independently and don’t need constant oversight to execute tasks effectively.
- You understand social media analytics and can adjust strategies based on performance insights.
- You’re adaptable and can pivot when content strategies or trends shift.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in social media management, content creation, community management, or customer service.
- Some experience with social medical scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics).
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, or other basic content creation tools is a plus.
This is a part-time role, with an expected schedule of 25-29 hours per week. The position offers remote flexibility; however, candidates located in the area are encouraged to work onsite once or twice per week.
