Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a growing company servicing clients across Australasia and the Americas by creating AI-driven audio platforms for large physical store retailers. They have partnered with one of the largest convenience store chains globally, they are continuing to growth their teams as they continue build their market presence.


The successful candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and have proven experience in a technical support role, working with AWS, Linux, and Python and Salesforce. You will have exceptional customer support and communication skills, and be a self-starter motivated to be a part of a start-up environment.

What do you do?

  • Offer level 2 technical support for clients - AWS services, Linux media players, and Python-based applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve advanced software/hardware issues, ensuring high availability and performance of AWS-hosted environments and Linux-based systems.
  • Handle the configuration, management, and troubleshooting of Linux media players across South America, leveraging Python scripts for automation and monitoring.
  • Provide expert advice and support for network configurations, security, and optimization in an AWS context.
  • Utilize Salesforce for ticket management, ensuring clear communication, effective reporting, and data management.
  • Collaborate with external clients in Spanish and internal teams to deliver solutions that meet or exceed service level agreements.


What do you need?

  • Professional working experience with AWS, Linux and Python.
  • CompTIA Network Certificate is highly regarded.
  • Previous is a help desk experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Linux system administration and Python scripting for automation tasks.
  • 2 years of experience in Salesforce administration.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Exceptional customer support skills.
  • Flexibility to work overtime hours when required.
