Front Office Administrator Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly in person and on the phone, ensuring they have a superior experience from start to finish
- Answer incoming calls and patients' inquiries.
- Making and Adjusting appointments with patients
- Dental treatment planning and charting
- Patient checkout and account management
- Filing insurance claims and keeping track of dental billing information
- Keeping track of office supplies and inventory
- Entering patient information into our computer system
- New and Existing Patient Intake
- Coordinating referrals to other dental professionals
- Importing Correspondence, including x-rays
- Office duties include document filing, scanning, and other duties as assigned
