The Escrow Assistant is responsible for the following specific duties.
Your specific duties will include :
- Providing support to the Curative and Closing departments by assisting with customer service and administrative tasks related to refinance transactions.
- Working directly with clients and their borrowers to resolve title-related issues, such as judgments and tax liens.
- Preparing and reviewing documents for closing transactions.
- Communicating requirements and other relevant information to clients effectively, as needed.
- This is an entry-level position as an Escrow Assistant.
- This is a fully remote role, open to candidates anywhere in the U.S.
Specific qualifications for the position include :
Pay Rate Range : $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
