Nature of Work
Under general supervision, employee will be responsible for various clerical duties including customer service, logging customers to appropriate department, answering/directing phone calls, scanning documents, running/sorting/distributing/scanning mail, email and faxes, following office policies and procedures. Employee will routinely operate various office equipment. Employee may be trained in areas such as financial clerk and equipment coordinator to assist in a backup role. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Training: Graduation from a standard high school or the equivalent.
Experience: Two (2) years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience performing routine office work.
Substitution for Experience: College hours, related business school, or vocational training may be substituted through an established formula for the required experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27,240.00 - $45,973.00 per year
