Direct Support Professionals help with the everyday living, assisting adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
Day Program Direct Care Support Person assists our members in the day program achieve growth and independence through continued encouragement to enhance skills to become more self-reliant. Some of the skills being built are reading, budgeting, life skills, and interpersonal relationship building. The staff will have the opportunity to accompany members on outings such as movies, recreation center, bowling, and other fun events around the community to help the members and community with inclusion and understanding.
Must be 18 yrs of age, pass a pre-employment drug test, and background check. Must be able to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
All trainings and certifications required are provided through the company.
