An Account Manager develops new business and retains existing business within an established region which requires a high volume both face-to-face interactions, as well as direct office work strategically building relationships and evaluating and identifying opportunities for profitable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop an account retention and sales growth plan.
- Build strong, value-added business partnerships with our customers.
- Identify customer requirements and present products, services and programs specific to their business needs.
- Promote Yarde Metals products, quality, and customer service.

Requirements:
- Highschool graduate. College degree preferred.
- Proven success in a sales position and experience directly related to the duties of the position.
- Strong command of the English language and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop long-lasting business partnerships.
- Exceptional negotiation skills.
- Able to represent self and company in a professional manner.
- Valid driver's license with clean MVR; must operate a company vehicle 50% of the time and do so safely in various weather and traffic conditions.
- Available to work extended hours and weekends to entertain customers.
