Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and love working with children? We're looking for a dedicated Executive Administrative Assistant to help keep our office running smoothly while creating a welcoming experience for our patients and their families.
What You’ll Do:
-Directly assist the practice manager in all administrative duties.
- Greet and assist patients and families with a friendly smile
- Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries
- Organize patient records and office documents efficiently
- Assist with basic billing/financial tasks
- Prepare reports, emails, and office correspondence
- Order and track office supplies to maintain organization
- Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily tasks
- Apply strong management skills to improve workflow
- Help coordinate office events, meetings, and special projects
- Engage with children and families in a warm and supportive manner
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office (Required)
- Strong management and organizational skills (Required)
- Experience working with children (Preferred)
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
