What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at YTS Wealth Management?
Our office environment can be described as modern, family-oriented, positive, and welcoming. As a Administrative Assistant, you are an advocate for advisors and the administration team.
Tasks for this position will include
- Scheduling meetings
- Scanning, faxing, and e-filing client intake forms
- CRM data entry
- Taking incoming phone calls
- Assist admin team in handling a monitored task queue
- Making sure conference rooms are cleaned and ready for daily reoccurring meetings
- Stocking inventory and keeping communication with Branch Admin Manager on status.
- Attend weekly meeting with the administration team

Pay range is $45,000 - $50,000 per year. Experience includes:
- Office and front desk attendant experience
- Working with data entry, numbers, sensitive and confidential information
- Directly working in the financial services industry
- Experience working with our Broker Dealer, LPL Financial
- Education in finance, having financial certifications, and/or securities licenses
