We are seeking an Office Assistant to join us at Z Mill Inc. This role is essential for ensuring smooth office operations and providing outstanding support to our customers. The ideal candidate will be organized, detailed, and have the ability to multi-task.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with administrative duties to support daily operations.
- Provide excellent customer support via phone and in-person interactions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Support the office management team with various projects as needed.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask.
- Excellent customer service and people skills.
- Basic office management experience is a plus but not required.
- Proficient in computer literacy.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
