HR Director/ Metal Manufacturing Director

Must Have:

• Must have at least four to ten years related experience

• Must have some relative manufacturing background – no candidates with non-manufacturing experiences, such as medical or financial field (etc..) be processed.

• Candidate must have previous experience as a Head of HR and/or HR Director role for at least 2 years

Must also have a director role of at least 150-300 plus employees within the previous headcount

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
