Manufacturing Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Value Stream Design, Toyota Production System).
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality.
• Support new product development and ensure seamless manufacturing feasibility.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment issues and optimize machine capacity.
• Utilize AutoCAD/SolidWorks for plant layout and workflow design.
• Drive technology roadmaps and manage new technology introductions.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to uphold high product standards.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical).
• 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (A3, 8D, 5-Whys, Ishikawa).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and MS Office.
• Excellent German & English communication skills.
