We’re looking for a Director of Sales to lead a high-performing regional team, focused on expanding key relationships and driving growth across the data center, interconnection, and cloud infrastructure space. This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing a major revenue territory, with a customer base that includes a variety of top technology providers.


You’ll be responsible for guiding strategic account expansion, developing go-to-market plans, and scaling revenue through both direct and partner-led sales motions. You'll also play a key role in growing enterprise relationships within the Media & Entertainment vertical—where digital infrastructure is mission critical.


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team focused on data center and interconnection sales
  • Own and exceed a multimillion-pound annual quota across complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Develop strategies to grow enterprise accounts in high-demand sectors like Media, Gaming, and Cloud
  • Build and deepen executive-level relationships with customers and key industry players
  • Partner with channel teams and technology alliances to accelerate growth and maximize customer value
  • Provide accurate forecasting and maintain pipeline discipline across the team
  • Promote a customer-first, performance-driven culture


What You Bring:

  • Extensive experience in data center, colocation, cloud infrastructure, or related tech sales
  • Proven success in leading high-growth sales teams and managing enterprise accounts
  • Deep understanding of interconnection, hybrid/multi-cloud solutions, and partner ecosystems
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and align internal resources to drive customer success
  • Executive presence and experience engaging at the C-suite level
  • Bonus: Strong relationships in the Media, Entertainment, or Gaming sectors
