QA Shopfloor Specialist

Title: QA Shopfloor Specialist

Location: Bensheim, Hessen, Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise production and customer processes, as well as validation projects in production.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct routine checks, including line clearance, logbook reviews, and inspection of cleaning and disinfection plans.
• Provide guidance, training, and escalation support for employees on relevant topics.
• Prepare for and support audits and inspections.
• Assist in documenting deviations, CAPAs, and changes.
• Support risk assessments, process and root cause analyses, and continuous process improvements.
• Contribute to and manage projects aimed at optimizing systems and processes.
• Review specialized documents for formal and content accuracy.
• Handle special tasks and projects as required.

Requirements:

• Successfully completed studies in the technical or scientific field or technical/scientific training with at least 2-3 years of experience in the listed field of activity
• Very good understanding of methods and analytics as well as production processes in a regulated environment
• Good written and spoken English and German skills
• Ability to reflect, change competence and flexibility
• High degree of team spirit and target group-specific, clear and positive communication and ability to deal with conflict
