The Opportunity

This is a pivotal leadership role for a state-of-the-art facility currently under development in Frankfurt. As the Head of Manufacturing for the site, you will play a critical part in building and leading a brand-new manufacturing team, driving operational performance, and collaborating closely with cross-functional site leaders to meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a world-class manufacturing team focused on efficiency, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
• Design and implement production strategies to ensure timely delivery of both clinical and commercial products
• Work closely with commercial, quality, and technical teams to align manufacturing outputs with strategic business objectives
• Develop and drive initiatives to increase productivity, scalability, and cost-effectiveness
• Oversee regulatory compliance with GMP, FDA, and EMA standards
• Foster a safety-first culture and ensure a secure, well-regulated working environment

Your Profile

• Proven track record in biopharmaceutical production leadership
• Deep knowledge and experience in GMP-regulated environments and working with FDA and EMA frameworks
• Strong leadership background, including team development and performance management
• Experience managing departmental budgets and operational KPIs
• Fluent in both German and English (minimum C1 level)
• Expertise in operational excellence and continuous improvement methodologies

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary between €160,000 and €200,000 (negotiable based on experience)
