Asset-Manager:in Retail

Our client is part of the property business of an international financial group and manages USD 100 billion of property assets globally. The group's real estate expertise covers all four quadrants, including public and private solutions as well as equity and debt investment solutions. In Europe, our client has offices in London, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Paris, Lisbon, Luxembourg, Madrid and Milan and employs more than 100 people managing property across all asset classes and in nine different countries.

The client is looking for an Asset Manager Retail (m/f/d) in Frankfurt at the earliest possible date.

Job purpose:

• Represent the fund and the client to all relevant external parties (e.g. property managers, tenants, technical and legal advisors, letting agents, insurance companies, public authorities, municipalities, neighbors, etc.).
• Deliver comprehensive and high-quality asset management services dedicated to particular properties and portfolios in a cash-flow and value-oriented, efficient and cost-effective manner to meet the objectives of both fund investors and the client. Build and maintain a close working relationship with the different Germany based incorporated functions as well as with the fund/portfolio management teams in Frankfurt, London or Paris.
• Become responsible and accountable for managing a particular portfolio throughout Germany by utilizing real estate analysis and negotiation skills and supervising external service providers including letting agents, property managers, lawyers and technical consultants to maximize income potential and asset value.
• Manage the redevelopment and repositioning of assets which will involve negotiating with major tenants, municipalities, neighbors, project managers etc.
• Where applicable manage asset sales including marketing and due diligence process.
