Asset Manager - Real Estate | Berlin

About the Company - Our client, a dynamic private equity real estate investment firm, is currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Asset Manager (m/f/d) to join their Berlin office. About the Role - Oversee and optimize a diversified portfolio of real estate assets across Germany. Monitor asset performance and develop value-add strategies. Manage third-party property and facility managers. Support transaction processes (acquisitions & disposals). Prepare asset business plans, budgets, and regular reporting to investors. Ensure compliance with ESG and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Qualifications - 1–2 years of experience in asset management, ideally within the German real estate market.

Required Skills

• Solid understanding of commercial real estate economics
• Hands-on mentality and strong analytical skills
• Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
• Proactive, team-oriented, and keen to take ownership
