Junior Asset Manager (Real Estate)

We're looking for a Junior Asset Manager to join a dynamic and forward-thinking real estate investment company with a strong footprint in Berlin and beyond. This role offers the chance to work hands-on with diverse mixed-use assets – think residential, retail, and office properties – while learning from an experienced team in a supportive and international environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support in managing a portfolio of mixed-use properties (residential commercial)
• Assist with the development and execution of asset strategies
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and KPIs
• Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers (e.g., property managers, brokers)
• Contribute to lease management, reporting, and documentation processes

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in asset management, property management, or real estate investment
• University degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or similar

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical skills and a hands-on, proactive mindset
• Fluent in German and English
• Knowledge of Excel and real estate tools is a plus

Pay range and compensation package: Competitive salary (up to €70,000 base) bonus
