Senior Asset Manager – Logistics | Berlin

About the Role:

On behalf of our client – a prestigious, internationally operating real estate investment company – we are seeking a Senior Asset Manager (m/f/d) with strong expertise in logistics properties. Based in Berlin, you will take full responsibility for a portfolio of value-add logistics assets across Germany and work closely with internal and external stakeholders on both a national and international level. In this pivotal role, you will actively shape the performance, profitability, and strategic development of the assets under management.

Your Responsibilities – Strategic, Hands-on, and Impactful:

• Develop and execute tailored asset strategies to enhance the value and long-term performance of logistics properties
• Oversee leasing processes, lead negotiations, and nurture lasting tenant relationships
• Initiate and manage value-add initiatives such as refurbishments and repositioning projects
• Take ownership of budgeting, business planning, financial modeling, and performance analysis
• Collaborate closely with teams across acquisitions, development, and property management
• Monitor market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance policies

Your Profile – Analytical, Strategic, and Collaborative:

• University degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 4–7 years of professional experience in asset management, ideally with a focus on logistics or industrial assets
• Deep understanding of the German real estate market and proven track record with value-add strategies
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience with financial models, investment analysis, and budgeting
• Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken
• Proficient in MS Excel and real estate management software
• Strong communication skills with a structured and solution-oriented approach to stakeholder engagement
