About the Role: As an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing the value and performance of a portfolio primarily focused on logistics and commercial assets. You will contribute to strategic asset planning, oversee leasing activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure long-term value generation and smooth property operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial and logistics assets, including office and retail properties
• Develop and execute asset management strategies focused on value enhancement, tenant retention, and risk management
• Take an active role in leasing activities and negotiations, maintaining strong relationships with tenants
• Collaborate with internal teams (leasing, property management, and development) to ensure alignment with strategic goals
• Oversee the operational performance and financial reporting of the assets, ensuring effective resource utilization
• Ensure compliance with all applicable real estate regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in asset management, with a focus on leasing and property management
• Solid background in logistics or commercial asset classes
• Strong communication skills, with experience in tenant relations and lease negotiations
• A university degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team
