Asset Manager / Real Estate - Berlin

About the Role: As an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for driving value and performance across a diverse real estate portfolio. You will contribute to strategic asset planning, oversee financial analysis, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize asset performance and ensure long-term value creation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee a diverse portfolio of real estate assets, including Office, Retail, and Residential properties
• Develop and execute asset management strategies focused on value maximization and risk management
• Perform financial modeling, market and asset performance analysis, and reporting
• Coordinate with internal teams (leasing, development, property management) to align strategic goals
• Participate in lease negotiations and maintain strong tenant relationships
• Ensure compliance with all applicable real estate regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in asset management, investment management, or property management
• University degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
