Associate / Asset Manager

About the Company:

We are currently partnering with a leading international real estate investment and asset management firm with a strong presence across Germany and Europe. The company manages a high-quality and diversified portfolio across various asset classes, including office, logistics, and mixed-use developments. Due to ongoing growth and exciting upcoming projects, the Berlin office is looking to expand its asset management team.

About the Role:

As an Associate Asset Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and optimizing the performance of a dedicated real estate portfolio. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to execute value-enhancing strategies, support leasing and repositioning activities, and ensure the long-term success of the assets under management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of commercial real estate assets with a focus on performance, value creation, and strategic development
• Support in the development and execution of asset business plans, including leasing, capex, and repositioning strategies
• Coordinate and collaborate with property managers, leasing agents, and external service providers
• Prepare asset reports, cash flow forecasts, and support transaction-related documentation
• Monitor and report on operational KPIs and financial performance indicators
• Participate in tenant negotiations and lease optimization processes
• Contribute to ESG initiatives and sustainability strategies within the portfolio

Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in real estate asset management or investment management
• Strong understanding of commercial property markets, ideally with experience in Germany
• University degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
• Proactive, structured, and results-driven mindset
