Junior ServiceNow Engineer

We are looking for a talented Junior ServiceNow Engineer to join our existing implementation core team.

You will play a crucial role in implementing ServiceNow across the organization, contributing to various modules and integrations. If you are eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Implement ServiceNow globally within the organization from the ground up
• Work on diverse modules such as IT Service Management, Technical Service Management, Technical Network Infrastructure, Configuration Management Database, Event Management, Human Resources Service Delivery, Workflow Service Delivery, Governance, Risk, and Compliance, and Integrations
• Build ServiceNow integrations with enterprise platforms including OKTA Single Sign-On, Salesforce, and SAP
• Ensure platform consistency and integrity across all implementations
• Conduct patching and upgrades of the ServiceNow platform
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and representatives from external clients and vendors
• Participate in meetings to discuss project progress and gather requirements

Requirements

• Knowledge of ServiceNow development and administration basics
• Good team player with strong communication skills
• Self-organized individual capable of working with minimal supervision
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
• Ability to work until 10AM Pacific Standard Time for effective collaboration
