Job Overview: We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at The Spa by Corinthia Lisbon. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and fluency in English, French, and Spanish to cater to our diverse clientele. • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Manage spa bookings, including appointments and confirmations, using spa management software.
• Provide detailed information about spa services, treatments, packages, and promotions.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in English, French, and Spanish.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accurate billing.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Collaborate with therapists, spa attendants, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Upsell treatments, retail products, and packages to enhance guest experiences. Perfil
• Proven experience as a receptionist, preferably in a luxury spa, hospitality, or wellness setting.
• Fluency in English, French, and Spanish (verbal and written). Additional languages are a plus.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using booking and scheduling systems (Book4Time, or similar).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
