Digital Analyst (Product)

Key Responsibilities:

• Empower the product team with data-driven insights, guiding decision-making processes and strategies.
• Perform detailed analyses of user behavior, site/app performance, and product features to optimize player acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Ensure accurate and reliable behavioral data collection by working closely with analytics developers on tracking implementation, debugging, and resolving issues.
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and alerting systems to provide real-time visibility into key conversion metrics.
  
  

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proactive mindset with critical thinking abilities, coupled with a high level of responsibility and reliability.
• Proficiency in SQL for database querying and data manipulation.
• Experience in creating clear and impactful reports and dashboards using tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Familiarity with digital analytics platforms such as Snowplow and GA4, as well as knowledge of tracking mechanisms and datalayers.
• Experience with session replay or autotracking platforms is a bonus.
