We’re looking for an Account Manager to take ownership of client success, manage workflows, and help our clients resell their solutions through targeted outreach. This role blends client communication and strategic thinking.

✅ What You’ll Do
- Take over client relationships once onboarded by the Sales team
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of B2B clients
- Help clients resell their own services by actively running messaging workflows and refining targeting
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with client through regular check-ins, updates, and performance reviews
- Run cross-sell and upsell strategies to unlock new value and grow your portfolio
- Key KPIs: Client satisfaction (NPS), churn rate, campaign performance, targets
