✅ At least 1 year of experience in IT, e-Commerce, Marketing, Customer Support, or Sales
🎯 What you’ll be doing
🔹 Assisting clients with registration and platform usage
🔹 Verifying and validating customer data
🔹 Handling inquiries via phone, email, and Helpdesk
🔹 Investigating customer issues and working with internal teams to resolve them
🔹 Promoting our products and services to potential and existing clients
🔹 Ensuring GDPR compliance and maintaining high-quality standards
