cold calling or sales and is ready to help us achieve our goals.
You’ll play a key role in identifying new opportunities, running outbound campaigns, and opening the door to new partnerships and client relationships while closing deals. If you’re motivated by impact, autonomy, and growth, this could be your next move.
✅ What You’ll Be Doing
- Initiating cold calls and outbound outreach to potential clients
- Running targeted campaigns across LinkedIn, phone, and email
- Qualifying prospects and booking discovery calls with decision-makers
- Supporting the sales team throughout the full sales cycle
- Collaborating on strategies to enter new markets and optimize lead gen
- Tracking progress, sharing insights, and improving conversion rates
🔍What We’re Looking For
- 1 year of experience in cold calling, inside sales, or business development
- Strong communication skills – both spoken and written English & Romanian
- Comfortable starting conversations and building relationships from scratch
- Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn from feedback
- Results-driven and accountable – you own your numbers and outcomes
- Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
➕ Bonus Points
- Experience in tech, SaaS, or startup sales
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach tools or CRMs
