Principal | Early Years Centre

• Provide professional Early Childhood expertise, leadership and ensure consistent deliverance of quality standards.
• Practice effective leadership in managing all-rounded aspects of daily centre operations.
• Ensure teachers provides a warm and welcoming environment for children to feel invited.
• Supervise staff is able provide safety and hygiene for the centre
• Ensure safety and hygiene of the children.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Maintain good communication with the parents and staff
• Review and improve the centre’s policies, philosophy, and procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Degree and/or Diploma in Early Childhood (Leadership)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant supervisory experience in a pre-school
• Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership (ADECL)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Experience in leading and managing the team in SPARK Accreditation process
