About the Role:
We seek a talented, experienced UX Designer to join our dynamic team. You will be instrumental in driving user-centered design solutions across a variety of software products, focusing on creating intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing interfaces for complex AI/ML systems, data visualizations, and both mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about understanding user needs, translating them into compelling designs, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Mandatory Skill-set & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, specifically for software, web, and mobile applications. Any AI-related UX is a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise and significant experience in mobile user experience (UX) design for Business applications. Healthcare-focused experience is preferred.
- A strong portfolio is required, showcasing your UX design process (research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, final designs), problem-solving skills, user-centered design thinking, and visual design capabilities across multiple projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (Figma or any AI-driven UX for rapid delivery software).
- Proven experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing user data.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills – ability to articulate design decisions and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong understanding and practical application of design thinking principles.
Desired Skill-set:
- Experience designing interfaces for complex systems, data visualization, AI/ML-powered products, or enterprise-level SaaS applications.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and familiarity with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) to facilitate collaboration with developers.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
- Experience facilitating design workshops or sprints.
- Previous experience in project management or front-end development is a plus.
