CNC Maintenance Engineer

• Location: Tuas
• Working day: 5 days

Job Scopes:

• Performs general maintenance duties as needed.
• Carries out routine upkeep of equipment, including cleaning, chemical preparation, topping up coolant/hydraulic oils, and disposing of machining waste.
• Maintains a well-organized and efficient workspace following 5S principles.
• Ensures all workplace facilities are clean, orderly, and in working condition.
• Tests and verifies the functionality of safety mechanisms.
• Documents maintenance activities and manages equipment and supply inventory.
• Reports any issues or concerns to the Production Manager.
• Examines and troubleshoots machinery and systems to identify potential faults.
• Ensures that operational procedures align with safety regulations, quality standards, and internal work instructions.
• Adheres to the company's ethical and operational guidelines.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 in the manufacturing sector, with hands-on experience in facility and machine upkeeping.
• Experience & knowledge in maintaining CNC machines.
• At least a Diploma or Certification from a Vocational, Technical, or Engineering institute, specializing in Mechanical Engineering.
